| We took a trip ... back in time ... to Conner Prairie Living History Museum in Indiana. It was a beautiful day ... if you've haven't been ... you should go!

I absolutely adore photography, as well as editing ... it is a passion of mine, although I have much to learn. I've been able to slide in as second shooter on a few weddings, and enjoyed it very much.
Recently, I was invited on my first official 'photo shoot' with a great group of photographers. It took place in the city and we found some really awesome old buildings to use as backdrops, as you can see! ... the day was beautiful, as were the people. The image above is one of my favorites. Here the journey begins ... good thing we had our walkin' boots on!
This one below, along with the one at the top of this post, are a couple of the images I captured of my sweet friend, Vanessa, whom, I might add, is also a wonderful photographer. <><
Here are Amanda, and Kyle. They were great models for the shoot! A very sweet couple, and both excellent photographers!

And yet another portrait of Vanessa ... one that I played around with on Adobe Photoshop 5.0., as well as the others you see here. I'm learning all I can of that one, then I'll upgrade ... any suggestions? I've recently been told either Lightroom, or CS3. I'm wondering if 4 is even better.

And above, another great photographer ... Jim with Meyer Photography. Hoping to can learn more from both he and his wife, Debbie!

Vanessa and Amanda ... very cool lighting, and great pizza in a basement restaurant!
And here's Ben with BDP Photography ... yet another talented photographer to glean from!

Mini Cooper ... Sweet! This one's for you, Vanessa!

^ Kyle ^

Kurtis Bowersock ... he definitely brought some daring drama to the day! He was our wall climber/jumper ... you never know when you'll need one of those in the city ... on a photo shoot!

For those of you who came by way of Vanessa's site, I thank you! I so appreciate any thoughts on these ... as I've said, I am new at this, and I've been teaching myself, and I know I have a long way to go ... but, I'm eager to learn! I'd really love to intern with someone who would be willing to share their knowledge. There's more to come, so do come back again!

This is my best bud. We call him 'The Moosh'. He's about 6 years old ... still acts like a 'kitten'. Never a dull moment with him around. He makes my day!
